The pocket book is ready for the world when the composition is complete and correct. This is the pocket book that influenced my life, as I am not a writer, and I hope the Pocket Book get published.

You know less than zero about wine!
A sommelier or wine enthusiast who wants to have sufficient knowledge, cannot avoid remaining constantly informed on everything that revolves around this wine world. For a good update on what's happening in Italy and elsewhere, you can easily keep yourself training from the sofa, thanks to all the information available on the Web, in fact, we have a lot of material at hand. But this is absolutely not enough. We need to walk within the vineyards! It is essential to interface with producers, to have a direct relationship with those who make the wine.

You know less than zero about wine!
It's impressive everything you can learn in a day in the vineyard and in the cellar, accompanied by a producer, an agronomist or a winemaker, who is willing to explain something to you. And it is necessary to try to get to know as many winemakers as possible, to understand their philosophy and the study that led them to make certain choices rather than others. It is essential to interface with producers, to have a direct relationship with those who make the wine.

Recently, during a conversation about wine, an opinion emerged that made me think: wine appreciation has been linked, almost automatically, to excesses.
It's a misunderstanding that I find important to clear up. Talking about wine doesn't mean supporting irregularities, nor promoting a slow consumption of wine.

Mindful drinking is an art that goes beyond just filling a glass: it’s to recognize the beauty of a gesture that unites passion, culture and sharing. Those who love wine do it for the pleasure of rediscovering themselves at that moment, to find themselves in the taste, always with respect and moderation.

When I talk about wine, this is the balance I try to transmit: the slow pleasure, attention to detail, the awareness to live the experience without losing control.

And you, what do you think of this vision?
