Tasting Notes
A refined and elegant white wine with a bright straw-yellow colour and delicate green reflections. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering aromas of citrus zest, white peach and green apple, layered with floral notes and a distinct saline, coastal mineral character. On the palate, it is crisp, precise and well-balanced, with lively acidity, clean fruit purity and a long, refreshing finish that reflects its Adriatic influence.
