Tasting Notes
A beautifully matured Amarone showing remarkable depth and elegance after extended bottle ageing. The colour is evolved ruby-garnet with brick reflections. The bouquet is complex and layered, unfolding slowly with aromas of dried cherry, prune, fig and raisin, intertwined with notes of leather, tobacco, cocoa and sweet spice. Subtle balsamic and earthy undertones add further sophistication.
On the palate, it is fully integrated and harmonious, with softened yet present tannins, balanced acidity and a long, silky, persistent finish that reflects the wine’s maturity and refinement.

Food Pairing
Best paired with rich, slow-cooked dishes that match its complexity. Excellent with braised beef, venison, game stews and roasted meats. It also pairs beautifully with mature cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own as a contemplative, special-occasion wine.
