Tasting Notes
A luxurious and deeply expressive sweet red wine with an intense ruby-garnet colour. The nose is rich and enveloping, offering aromas of dried cherry, blackberry compote, fig and plum, layered with notes of cocoa, vanilla, sweet spice and floral hints. On the palate, it is velvety and opulent, with concentrated fruit sweetness beautifully balanced by freshness and structure, leading to a long, elegant and harmonious finish.
Food Pairing
A classic meditation wine, perfect at the end of a meal. Ideal with dark chocolate desserts, berry tarts, baked fruits and traditional Italian pastries. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own as a refined after-dinner indulgence.
