Tasting Notes
A majestic and deeply complex Amarone with a dense ruby-garnet colour. The nose is intense and refined, unfolding in layers of dried cherry, black plum, fig and raisin, followed by notes of cocoa, espresso, sweet spices and delicate balsamic undertones. The palate is powerful yet elegant, with remarkable concentration, velvety tannins and a long, warming, persistent finish that continues to evolve in the glass.
Food Pairing
Best enjoyed with rich, structured dishes. Ideal alongside braised beef, game, roasted meats and slow-cooked stews. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses or can be savoured on its own as a contemplative wine after dinner.
