Tasting Notes
A distinguished Riserva from the heart of Chianti Classico, showing depth, structure and remarkable finesse. Deep ruby in colour, the wine opens with complex aromas of ripe black cherry, plum and dried violet, layered with notes of sweet spice, tobacco, leather and subtle toasted oak. On the palate it is concentrated yet refined, offering firm but polished tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant, savoury finish.

Food Pairing
An ideal match for rich, traditional Tuscan cuisine. Pair with bistecca alla fiorentina, slow-braised beef, wild boar ragù, roast lamb, truffle pasta, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses. It also complements charcuterie and rustic antipasti beautifully.
