A classic Tuscan Vin Santo with a rich amber-gold colour and an expressive aromatic profile of dried apricot, honey, fig, toasted almonds and candied citrus peel. On the palate it is lusciously sweet yet beautifully balanced by fresh acidity, delivering layers of dried fruit, caramel and nutty complexity with a long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
Traditionally enjoyed with cantucci (almond biscuits), this Vin Santo also pairs beautifully with almond-based desserts, blue cheese, dried fruit, nut tarts and crème brûlée. It can also be savoured on its own as a refined after-dinner wine.
