Tasting Notes
A rich and seductive passito-style red with a deep ruby colour and garnet reflections. The nose is intense and aromatic, offering notes of dried cherry, raspberry jam and ripe blackberry, layered with hints of rose petals, sweet spice, cocoa and a touch of balsamic nuance. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, with concentrated fruit sweetness balanced by freshness, leading to a long, elegant and lingering finish.

Food Pairing
An excellent dessert and meditation wine. Perfect with chocolate desserts, berry tarts, almond pastries and dried fruit-based sweets. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own as a refined after-dinner wine.
