Tasting Notes
A powerful and deeply expressive Amarone with an intense ruby-garnet colour. The bouquet is complex and luxurious, revealing layers of dried cherry, black cherry, plum and fig, enriched by notes of cocoa, tobacco, sweet spice and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied and opulent, with remarkable depth, silky tannins and a long, warming, persistent finish.
Food Pairing
A wine for rich and structured dishes. Perfect with game, braised and roasted meats, osso buco, and slow-cooked stews. It also pairs beautifully with mature cheeses and can be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
