Tasting Notes
A rich and beautifully structured Ripasso showing deep ruby colour with garnet reflections. The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of ripe cherry, black plum and dried fig, followed by notes of cocoa, sweet spice and subtle vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with concentrated fruit, refined tannins and a long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
A perfect match for hearty and flavourful dishes. Excellent with roasted meats, braised beef, game and rich pasta dishes such as ragù. Also pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses and traditional Italian cuisine.
