Tasting Notes
A more complex and structured expression of Trebbiano, with a bright straw-yellow colour and golden highlights. The nose is refined and layered, offering aromas of ripe citrus, yellow apple and pear, complemented by hints of white flowers, almond and a subtle mineral, slightly saline edge. On the palate, it is fuller and more textured, with balanced acidity, gentle richness and a long, elegant, savoury finish.

Food Pairing
A versatile gastronomic white, ideal for more structured dishes. Excellent with roasted or grilled fish, shellfish, creamy pasta dishes and white meats. It also pairs beautifully with semi-mature cheeses and Mediterranean-style cuisine.
