Tasting Notes
A more structured and mature Sicilian red with a deep ruby colour and garnet reflections. The nose is rich and layered, offering aromas of ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry, followed by notes of sweet spice, cocoa, dried herbs and a subtle touch of tobacco and earthy Mediterranean nuance. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with firmer tannins than the standard range, balanced acidity and a long, warm, savoury finish.

Food Pairing
A classic Riserva-style red designed for richer cuisine. Ideal with roasted and grilled meats, lamb, beef stews, game dishes and slow-cooked Mediterranean recipes. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses and hearty pasta dishes.
