Tasting Notes
A highly aromatic and distinctive white wine with a bright straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. The nose is intensely expressive, offering fragrant notes of citrus blossom, jasmine, ripe pear and tropical fruit, with subtle hints of sage and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh yet textured, with lively acidity, aromatic persistence and a long, elegant, slightly mineral finish.
Food Pairing
An excellent match for aromatic and delicate cuisine. Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish and sushi. It also pairs beautifully with vegetable risottos, light pasta dishes, fresh cheeses and Asian-inspired dishes.
