Bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections.The nose opens with vibrant aromas of citrus, grapefruit, gooseberry and freshly cut grass, complemented by subtle notes of elderflower and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is crisp, refreshing and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity, mineral freshness and a long, clean finish that captures the essence of Sicily. 

Food Pairing
An excellent match for grilled seafood, shellfish, oysters, sushi, fresh salads and light pasta dishes. It also pairs beautifully with goat's cheese, asparagus, herb-roasted chicken and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C for maximum enjoyment.
