Tasting Notes
A rich and luxurious passito-style white wine with a golden-amber colour and luminous reflections. The nose is intense and complex, offering aromas of dried apricot, candied citrus peel, honey and ripe tropical fruit, layered with notes of vanilla, almond and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is smooth and opulent, with natural sweetness balanced by freshness, creating a long, elegant and lingering finish.

Food Pairing
An ideal dessert and meditation wine. Perfect with almond pastries, fruit tarts, crème brûlée and dried fruit desserts. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own as a refined after-dinner indulgence.
